The invitations to participate in the 8th annual Benefits & Pay Practices Survey were distributed this week.
The survey provides information on turnover, practices, paid time off, work/life benefits, professional development, retirement plans, severance plans, health and welfare plans, Section 125, executive benefits, miscellaneous fringe benefits, salary increases, merit budgets, college hiring rates, relocation, auto allowance, cell phone allowance and “other” pay. Participants complete the survey using interactive pdf forms that are due back to Analytical/FMI by February 25, 2011.
