The invitations to participate in the 4^th annual Homebuilders Benefits and Pay Practices Survey were distributed last week. 

The survey provides information on turnover, practices, paid time off, work/life benefits, professional development, retirement plans, severance plans, health and welfare plans, Section 125, executive benefits, miscellaneous fringe benefits, salary increases, merit budgets, college hiring rates, relocation, auto allowance, cell phone allowance and “other” pay. Participants complete the survey using interactive pdf forms that are due back to Analytical/FMI by February 18, 2011.
